We currently only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to more regions soon!

Once your package leaves our facilities, delivery is the responsibility of USPS. Yahu Beauty is not responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please file a claim directly with USPS.

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes approximately 4–6 business days, while Priority shipping takes 2–3 business days. Please note that Yahu Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our facilities.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately at hello@yahubeauty.com. If your order has already shipped and is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a second shipping payment will be required for reshipment.

 If you made a mistake when placing your order, please email us immediately at hello@yahubeauty.com. Unfortunately, we cannot make cancellations or adjustments after 12 hours of the order being placed.

If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition/packaging. Opened, used, damaged, final sale, or promotional items are not eligible.

To start a return, email hello@yahubeauty.com with your order number and reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds will reflect any applied discounts.

Yahu Beauty does not offer exchanges. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any customs duties/fees. Only the items confirmed in your return request will be processed.
